C100 – Battery contactor with magnetic blowout

Single-pole NO contactor for the unidirectional switching of battery voltages of up to 80 V (150 V rated insulation voltage). Four sizes for continuous currents of up to 60, 100, 150 and 250 A.

The DC contactor C100 is designed with a magnetic blowout mechanism. It you can switch battery voltages of up to 80 volts unidirectionally. The single-pole NO contactor is available in four sizes: for continuous currents of up to 60, 100, 150 and 250 A.
The cost-effective C100 works as a main or auxiliary contactor in industrial trucks and other electric vehicles. It complies with the standard for battery power-operated industrial trucks (EN1175-1).

C310 – AC and bidirectional DC contactors up to 1,500 V

Compact single-pole NO contactors for AC and DC (bidirectional) up to 1,500 V rated insulation voltage. Making current up to 2,500 A; conventional thermal current up to 500 A; short-time current up to 3,000 A

As a bidirectional DC contactor, the C310 switches high power ranges within a small footprint. Its making capacity of up to 2,500 A is necessary for discharging intermediate circuits through a resistor.
In the C310A/500 design, the contactor can continuously conduct up to 500 A. In the event of a short circuit, 3,000 A can even flow for one second without the contacts fusing. The contactor therefore maintains its full function in order to disconnect high power ranges if necessary – irrespective of the current direction.
This full bidirectionality is important for systems with a charging and discharging process, such as in battery networks or electric vehicles. Other typical application areas are the DC circuit in inverters, combiner boxes in photovoltaic systems or the management of battery storage systems.

C137, C163, C164, C165 – Battery contactors for railway, industrial and UPS applications

Unidirectional single pole NO or changeover contactors or with magnetic blowout

C137 – C165 series contactors are suitable for handling DC loads in the range of 40 A up to 220 A for the most common coil voltages up to 120 V. The contactors have double-break contacts, a compact design, and function most reliably.
Version “C” are single pole NO contactors with magnetic blowout, whereas version “H” are single pole changeover contactors fitted with an additional galvanically isolated NC contact. The switching devices can be used as main or auxiliary contactors.
