VITA:
Viktoria Martin, Ph.D., is a professor in Energy Technology with KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. Her research is on storage of heat and cold, to bridge the gap between supply and demand and enable the creation of smart energy networks, and coupling sectors. These projects collaborate through task sharing within the IEA’s Technology Collaboration Platform on Energy Storage. Prof Martin is active with the International Solar Energy Society (ISES), and recently appointed secretary in the ISES.
